Regional Service Manager

The regional service manager will be responsible for evaluating, strategizing, and implementing standard operating procedures for the food and beverage department to maintain high standards in food quality and service. He/she will encourage an environment fostering training, team development, and implementing best practices to ensure high-quality guest dining experiences.

Duties of the Position Include:

• Assisting with the development of performance improvement plans (PIP) for individual leaders where necessary
• Coordinating annual training plans encompassing all sub-departments within the food & beverage division in consultation with Learning & Development
• Determining succession plans
• Developing strategies to capture feedback, analyse guest satisfaction metrics, and implement improvements
• Conducting regular site inspections and ensure readiness for operations, from equipment to ambiance
• Enhancing customer satisfaction by recommending effective service strategies and streamlining processes
• Conducting regular property reviews and audits, identifying areas for improvement
• Evaluating team member performance and conveying constructive feedback to improve operation
• Inspecting F&B outlets to ensure that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met

Qualification and Experience:

• College or University Degree (Hospitality Management) and/or equivalent experience
• Valid Food handler’s Permit
• Six (6) years’ progressive experience in Food & Beverage Management at a first-class hotel, including one (1) year minimum as Food & Beverage Director
