The incumbent is responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining the company’s image to generate business, developing strategies and executing tactics that communicate the company's message and promoting use of properties.

Job Summary:

  • Assist with all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the company’s image and marketing strategy which includes design, production and distribution of print materials; plus radio and television spots needed for broadcast campaigns.
  • Develop promotional materials and programs including; but not limited to printing, electronic media, direct mail, and signage.
  • Must have the traditional marketing experience along with the current social media expertise; including, but not limited to: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok; ability to Blog post and update the company’s website.
  • Plan and coordinate the marketing of current and new tenant marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with developing a strategic marketing plan to meet goals and objectives of the company.
  • Develop plans, programmes and promotions to improve market penetration and meet corporate objectives.
  • Coordinate and manages market research and competitive analysis, utilizes knowledge and prepares reports as needed.
  • Execute strategies geared towards maximising rental income from the various channels of non-traditional mall rental income to include lightboxes, billboards, pop ups, courtyard rental.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of consistent corporate image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines
  • Design and implement affiliate partnerships where needed and applicable for the brand.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by the company's Senior Executives and Management Team.

 

 

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Communication – Ability to convey information effectively to all stakeholders
  • Critical Thinking – Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to challenges
  • Time Management – Must be able to multitask/ oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must be well organized with strong customer-service skills
  • Must have excellent writing and presentation skills

 

 

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Management or a combination of relevant training and experience in the same or equivalent capacity.
  • At least 4 years progressive Marketing experience.
  • Exposure to real estate and/or construction development would be an asset.
