Job Summary
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns that promote the brands under The DaChin Group. This role covers both digital and traditional marketing, including social media management, campaign development, promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Marketer with a flair for creativity, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of hospitality marketing.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Creates comprehensive plans to achieve business goals.
- Develops content and chooses appropriate channels for advertising and promotion.
- Identifies target audiences, analyzes market trends and understands guest behaviour in order to guide marketing recommendations.
- Responsible for tracking metrics to make data-driven marketing campaign recommendations and to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Manages the marketing budget and tracks expenses.
- Ensures that marketing materials consistently reflect the restaurants’ individual brands.
- Works closely with key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall Company objectives.
- Assists in planning and coordinating marketing events.
- Collaborates with team members to monitor and analyze social media channels.
- Remains updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in marketing.
- Performs other job-related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related qualification.
Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of marketing experience.

- Thorough knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Proficiency in marketing tools.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member on tasks or projects.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:
The work is primarily office-based with occasional visits to restaurant locations as needed. Regular communication with stakeholders such as Directors, Restaurant Managers and Chefs is essential to ensure accuracy.
