To develop and lead the commercial strategy for the sale of LPG derived products locally and throughout Central and South America

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial, industrial markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to support business growth initiatives
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports
  • Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract management with clients and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking engagements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably within LPG, energy, or industrial products
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Experience managing key accounts and distributor networks would be an asset
  • Valid driver’s permit and willingness to travel as required
  • Ability to speak Spanis will be an asset
