Your Impact
You will take full ownership of the resort’s sales cycle, strategically building, converting, and nurturing a portfolio of high-value accounts that deliver sustained revenue growth while enhancing the resort’s five-star reputation and market prestige.Drive strategic business development initiatives across key regional and international markets
- Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation, contracting, and retention
- Build and maintain strong, revenue-generating partnerships with agents, operators, and corporate clients
- Deliver against clearly defined KPIs and KSIs, including revenue growth, conversion rates, and account production
- Curate and lead elevated client experiences, including site visits, FAM trips, and executive engagements
- Monitor account performance, analyse market trends, and implement data-driven strategies for growth and optimisation
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction
What You Bring
- Minimum 5+ years’ progressive sales experience within the hospitality industry, with at least 2–3 years in a similar Sales Manager role within a resort or premium hotel environment
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets, KPIs, and account production goals
- Demonstrated experience managing high-value accounts, tour operators, corporate clients, and international markets
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and convert pipeline into revenue
- Experience working within full-service or premium resort environments, with a clear understanding of brand positioning and guest experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting, and performance tracking tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- A polished, professional presence aligned with premium service standards
- Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, managing multiple priorities while consistently delivering results
