CORE FUNCTION

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base, drive revenue growth, and strengthen brand awareness.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement sales strategies, targets, and quotas.
  • Lead sales conversions from multiple marketing channels to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Review and analyze sales and operational reports to forecast sales, determine profitability, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Develop short- and long-term sales plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans to expand market presence and strengthen community engagement.
  • Set sales objectives and monitor team performance to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Organize, assign, and oversee sales territories, schedules, and quotas.
  • Prepare sales budgets and monitor expenses.
  • Manage and strengthen customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify customer needs and provide insights to enhance the product portfolio.
  • Generate referrals to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives among existing customers.
  • Provide timely, constructive feedback to support sales team development and performance.
  • Present monthly sales, revenue, expense reports, and forecasts to management.
  • Monitor emerging markets, industry trends, new products, and competitive activity.
  • Represent and promote the company at events and promotional activities.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE / PERMITS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar sales management role.
  • Valid Food Handler’s Permit.

REQUIRED SKILLS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and sales patterns.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
