Sales Manager Kingston Division

Glastonbury Purveyor Company (GPC), a major distribution company in Trelawny, Jamaica, is seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to establish and manage a Kingston sales division.

We are looking for someone who can offer:

• Strategic Sales Leadership
• Develop and implement sales strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth
• Team Management & Coaching
• Recruit, train, mentor and coach sales representatives to achieve peak performance
• Facilitate ongoing sales training and enforce discipline across the team
• Excellent Customer Relationships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all customer categories
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Minimize product return levels through proactive engagement and service
• Performance Monitoring & Analytics
• Analyze sales data to inform agile decision-making and strategy refinement
• Report on team performance and market trends to senior leadership
