The Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving our customer acquisition and revenue growth by targeting both corporate groups and individual retail customers. The ideal candidate will bring innovative sales strategies to our company, ensuring we remain a leader in the industry.
Core Responsibilities: 
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our corporate customer base and enhance our market presence, while also focusing on increasing retail sales.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Drive growth and meet sales objectives for both corporate group memberships and individual retail customers.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and present detailed sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both corporate clients and retail customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Identify emerging market trends and shifts and stay informed about competitive activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Retail Sales Initiatives: Assist with the design and execution of retails sales initiatives and campaigns to boost retail sales and monitor the results on an ongoing basis.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned to support overall business goals and objectives.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, with experience in both corporate groups and retail sales preferred.
  • Experience setting sales goals, developing sales strategies & managing customer relationships.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and sales best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Experience in the fitness industry is a plus but not required.
