Hotel Partnerships & Business Development Executive — Contract / Part-Time

Company Overview 

Nuvvu Aesthetics provides professional aesthetic treatments including Botox, facials, and skin care services.
The company is expanding its presence in Negril by building partnerships with hotels and hospitality providers
to connect visiting tourists with its services.

 
Position Summary
Nuvvu Aesthetics is seeking a proactive Hotel Partnerships Officer to establish and manage relationships with hotels,
villas, and guest accommodations in Negril.
This role is part of a pilot initiative focused on building a referral network within the tourism sector.
The position involves direct outreach, relationship management, and consistent follow-up to generate
client bookings through hotel partnerships.


Key Responsibilities
· Visit hotels, villas, and guesthouses across Negril to introduce Nuvvu Aesthetics services

· Build relationships with front desk staff, concierge teams, and hotel managers

· Establish referral arrangements between partner locations and Nuvvu Aesthetics

· Clearly explain services and how guests can be referred or booked

· Maintain regular follow-up with partners to encourage consistent referrals

· Track partnerships, referrals, and outcomes

· Provide simple weekly updates on outreach, partnerships secured, and client activity

 

Qualifications & Requirements

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Confident approaching businesses and speaking with staff and management

· Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

· Reliable transportation or ability to move around Negril easily

· Smartphone for communication and basic tracking/reporting

· Basic understanding of sales, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage

· Familiarity with Negril or the tourism environment is an asset

 

Work Arrangement


· Contract / part-time

· Field-based (Negril)

· Flexible schedule based on outreach activity

· Initial engagement structured as a 2–3 month pilot period

 

Compensation  

· This role has a fixed retainer of $15000

· Compensation is tied to results:

· JMD $3,000–$5,000 per hotel partnership secured

· JMD $2,500 per client referred

  Bonuses based on number of referrals monthly

 

Performance Expectations

· Target of 2–3 new hotel partnerships per month

· Each partner to generate at least 1–2 client referrals per month

· Consistent growth in tourist bookings through partnerships
