Compensation & Benefits

• Salary - $5,000.00 plus Commission
• Perks: Company cell phone and vehicle (fully paid for company use)

• Company based in Diego Martin
• Servicing the east, central and southern parts of Trinidad
• One week in house training
• Office check‑in: 2–3 times per week for at least half of the day
• First month: vehicle must be picked up from office daily

• Must have up to 5 CSEC passes inclusive of Maths and English
• 3–5 years minimum on‑the‑road sales experience
• Distribution industry experience is an asset
• Valid driver’s license; active driver
• Must pass drug testing
• Must be able‑bodied and able to lift 50 lbs
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Adaptable and professional demeanor
• Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Sell products/services and meet sales targets
• Find new customers and build strong relationships
• Conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Negotiate prices and deals
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports
• Follow up with clients and respond to emails, quotes, and proformas
• Handle tenders and registration processes for customers
• Conduct 6–8 client visits per day
• Report weekly calls and visits to Sales Manager
• Identify product improvements or new opportunities by staying current on industry trends
• Maintain quality service by enforcing organizational standards
• Contribute to team efforts and maintain professional/technical knowledge
