The JLR Sales Executive is responsible for promoting the Jaguar Land Rover brand, generating new sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships that support business growth.
Job Summary
The JLR Sales Executive is responsible for promoting the Jaguar Land Rover brand, generating new sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships that support business growth. The role requires proactive engagement with prospects, effective lead management, and delivering exceptional customer experience from enquiry to delivery. The Sales Executive must remain informed on market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making and continuous sales performance improvement.
Job Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales Conversion
Respond to inbound leads (calls, emails, walk-ins, online inquiries) within 30 minutes, ensuring prompt, professional communication and copying the Manager on all correspondence.
Conduct customer needs analysis, prepare quotations, secure down-payments and supporting documents for allocation of stock numbers.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales progression updates in CDK and CXP.
Escort customers to Cashier for payment processing and retain receipts for internal records.
Sales Administration & Delivery Accuracy
Ensure all deal files are prepared accurately for invoicing and approval with no errors.
Verify correct registration documentation and ensure submission to Transport Department is complete and compliant.
Ensure vehicles are invoiced within 24 hours of delivery and submitted without issue.
All delivered units must be updated as WON in CXP weekly, with zero missing data.
Vehicle Delivery & After-Sales Coordination
Monitor pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and preparation status to ensure timely handover.
Ensure the JLR Delivery Survey is completed by the client.
Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Score ≥ 95%, supported by consistent follow-ups and customer retention-driven engagement.
Market Awareness & Strategic Contribution
Conduct monthly competitor visits and prepare a competitor analysis report for team presentation.
Stay informed on market trends, product updates, and industry developments through research and participation in brand training or automotive events.
Provide insights that drive competitive advantage and support sales strategy development.
Brand Standards, HSSE & Dealership Conduct
Maintain a clean, professional showroom station and uphold security and HSSE policies at all times.
Represent the JLR brand with professionalism, product expertise and premium customer service.
Perform related duties as assigned to support department success.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing
Minimum 4 years proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or luxury brand sales
Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems (CDK/CXP an advantage)
