Job Summary
The Sales Enablement Specialists perform activities in support of Sales Organizational goals. Specialists provide real-time phone support to all Sales channels, ensuring orders are within a serviceable geographic territory. Specialists ensure the accuracy of sales orders and adherence to all sales policies.
Responsibilities
•Receive new order sales escalations from Residential and/or Business Sales teams, resolving roadblocks to order entry.
•Responsible for determining real-time address serviceability and following business processes, including building new addresses into billing software.
•Maintain and administer actions in order entry databases, ensuring functionality for order entry.
•Maintain proper tracking and root cause of escalations, following business standards and procedures.
•Respond to customer escalations, prior to service installation, meeting customers’ needs, while remaining within departmental guidelines.
•Provide real-time feedback to Sale reps regarding order entry errors.
•Perform beta testing on new sales tools and system enhancements.
•Provide order entry fall out support for all Sales channels.
•Provide new build support by updating customers and sales reps throughout the survey and construction process.
•Perform customer contact for various campaigns.
Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Previous sales or customer service preferred.
•Experience in a fast-paced call center environment preferred.
•Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to multi-task and solve problems independently.
•Schedules may include days, nights and weekends.
