KIG Clients & Markets drives growth across the Islands Group by shaping a unified, sector‑led go‑to‑market strategy across Audit, Tax and Advisory. Through a multi‑disciplinary model, the team brings the best of KPMG to clients in a consistent, coordinated way. Sales Enablement sits at the core – equipping partners and teams with the tools, insight and discipline to win, grow and retain clients.

We are seeking a motivated and commercially curious Sales Enablement Executive to support the delivery of sales enablement programs across the cluster. This role is ideal for someone with experience in professional services, business development or consulting who is looking to deepen their exposure to account management, pursuits and gotomarket activity in a regional environment.

Job Responsibilities

Account management

  • Support the delivery of the firm’s key account programme, including coordination, tracking and reporting.
  • Assist client teams with the preparation of client meeting materials, account plans and reviews.
  • Conduct client and market research to support relationship development and opportunity identification.
  • Help maintain uptodate client insights using research, news monitoring and client intelligence tools.

Sales & Pipeline Management

  • Assist client service teams in building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Support proposal and RFP processes, including content development, coordination and submission.
  • Help prepare pursuit materials and support teams ahead of pitches and presentations.
  • Contribute to pipeline and sales reporting for internal stakeholders.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Support the execution of sector and service line gotomarket initiatives.
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues on campaigns, events, thought leadership and client outreach.
  • Use data and insights to help refine targeting and engagement activity.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues across Clients & Markets, Marketing and service lines.
  • Act as a reliable point of support for client service professionals on sales enablement processes and tools.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field.
  • 3 - 6 years’ experience in business development, marketing, consulting or professional services.
  • Strong interest in sales, client relationship development and gotomarket activity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Confident working with data, reports and presentations.
  • Experience using CRM or sales tools.
  • Collaborative, proactive and keen to develop commercial skills in a clientfacing environment.
