The Sales Enablement Manager will lead programs that equip client service teams across jurisdictions to generate leads, convert opportunities, and grow key client relationships. Ideal candidates are proactive, commercially minded, and resourceful.

KPMG Island Group - Clients & Markets drives growth across the Islands Group by shaping a unified, sector‑led go‑to‑market strategy across Audit, Tax and Advisory. Through a multi‑disciplinary model, the team brings the best of KPMG to clients in a consistent, coordinated way. Sales Enablement sits at the core – equipping partners and teams with the tools, insight and discipline to win, grow and retain clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team with a focus on driving programs that support our client service professionals across our jurisdictions with originating leads, converting opportunities and growing relationships with our key clients. This position requires a proactive, commercially minded, resourceful individual, ideally with professional services or consulting experience.

Job Responsibilities

Account management

  • Work closely with Clients & Markets leadership to drive the key account program for the firm, including KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with client teams to develop and execute client relationship development strategies.
  • Support client service teams with creating opportunities for growth in their key accounts.
  • Prepare for and support client meetings, proposals, and account reviews.
  • Maintain up to date insights on the client from research, news monitoring and client insight tools.

Sales & Pipeline Management

  • Work closely with client service leaders to help build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities across service lines.
  • Support end-to-end proposal and RFP processes, working with pursuit teams to develop compelling responses and deliver impactful oral presentations.
  • Manage pipeline reporting to key stakeholders within the firm.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Support the implementation of sector or service line go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, events, thought leadership development, and client outreach.
  • Leverage data and insights to refine targeting and growth initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders across the firm.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to client service leaders on market trends, competitive positioning, and client needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or business qualification desirable
  • 7–10 years of experience in business development, account management, or consulting, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of strategic selling.
  • Proven ability to work with senior executives and client-facing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales analytics
  • Experience leading pursuits and proposals.
