Overview: KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named "Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)" operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide office support to its member firm KPMG United States ("the Client"). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing system platforms, including ServiceNow, JIRA, and Salesforce, to enhance operational efficiency and support business processes. You will collaborate closely with business owners and stakeholders, focusing on system enhancements and resolving issues. Your work will involve maintaining data integrity and providing day-to-day support for Salesforce activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Support & System Enhancement: Gather and analyze user requirements, manage ticket queues, and create user stories to drive system improvements aligned with business priorities.
• CRM & Data Integrity: Provide daily CRM support, assist with data cleanup, and ensure consistent data handling.
• Tool Optimization: Enhance service management tool forms and routing processes to improve user experience.
• Documentation & Training: Develop guidance materials and facilitate cross-training to support stakeholder understanding and system coverage.
• Strategic & Quality Initiatives: Contribute to strategic projects, conduct quality assurance reviews, and lead efforts to meet deadlines while maintaining system quality.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an accredited college/university or any other related field.
•    A minimum of two (2) years of work experience.
•    Basic knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and custom objects is a plus.
•    Experience working with ServiceNow and associated workflow is a plus.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA is a plus.
  

Special Conditions:

• Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• ​Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to use information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
• ​May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
