Broking Sales Coordinator

Applications are invited from suitably qualified professionals for the position of Broking Sales Coordinator, Allied Insurance Brokers. The successful candidate will provide critical administrative and technical support to the Sales Team, ensuring that the insurance needs of clients are met and that business development and retention objectives are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical insurance support to Account Executives, including analysis of client needs, specifications, and quotations.
  • Identify client exposures and recommend appropriate coverage in coordination with the Sales Team.
  • Review and verify insurance registers, schedules, summaries, and proposals, ensuring accuracy and timely corrections.
  • Assist with receivables management and ensure compliance with company credit and collection policies.
  • Coordinate renewals, mid-term changes, and cancellations in alignment with company standards.
  • Prepare binders, invoices, and slips in accordance with service standards and renewal requirements.
  • Accompany Account Executives to client meetings, assisting with preparation of meeting notes and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain client files, ensure timely documentation, and follow up with insurers to secure quotations and policies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (or equivalent qualification).
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the insurance industry.
  • Licensed by the Financial Services Commission (FSC).

Competencies

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to interpret and explain complex insurance matters.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of local insurance products, markets, rating, and underwriting procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, detail-oriented environment.
