The Sales Development Representative drives incremental sales and customers for our clients. They are on the front lines of generating revenue, talking to customers, talking to potential buyers, and acting as a perfect extension to an internal team.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new revenue by contacting warm leads, active customers or old lead lists
Recommend products and bundles based on customer needs, browsing behaviour, and past orders.
Answer questions about product availability, pricing, and delivery options, and process orders directly when needed.
Follow up on abandoned carts, high-intent leads, and lapsed customers to recover and grow revenue.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM, ensuring data is up to date for remarketing.
Act thoughtfully, representing the brand and brand values with every interaction and decision.
Run outbound calling and email sequences to engage leads and generate booked meetings.
Run outbound calling and email sequences to re-engage customers and drive them back to purchase.
Maintain and update lead and customer databases for ongoing follow-ups and campaign optimisation.
Hit weekly activity targets - calls made, emails sent, etc
Hit weekly outcome targets - booked meetings, re-engaged customers, etc
What do you bring to the table?
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in sales, retail, or hospitality, with significant time spent on the phone
Ability to handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls and emails while maintaining service quality.
Comfortable discussing pricing, promotions, and basic negotiation within defined guidelines.
Comfortable getting told ‘no’
Ability to quickly understand someone’s needs and pain points
Previous experience in lead generation, SDR, or customer outreach roles.
Comfortable with structured outreach (scripts, cadences) and high activity volumes.
