Country Sales Head

Summary of Duties

As Country Sales Head, your mission is to transform market insights into sustainable growth. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Designing robust sales strategies tailored specifically to the nuances of the local pharmaceutical market.

  •  Managing, mentoring, and developing team members to ensure individual output aligns with organizational goals. 

  • Identifying niche target audiences (TAs) and products to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Organizing both immediate tactical and long-term strategic sales activities across various TAs.

  • Planning and executing new product and TA launches that prioritize long-term brand equity and market penetration.

Requirements

  • Post/Graduation in Pharmacy /Microbiology/Biotechnology or any other life sciences
  • Should have relevant experience of working in the regional pharmaceutical industry with proven
    track record
  • Candidate who are working presently at a national sales manager position in local pharmaceutical
    industry with minimum 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical Selling/Marketing may apply
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Be able to formulate sales strategies for local pharma market & also have experience of managing
    team members
  • Be able to identify niche TA or products for local market sales
  • Be able to organize tactical & strategic sales activities for long term sales across TA’s
  • Plan and execute new product & TA launch in an effective way to ensure long term brand building
  • Be able to work flexible hours
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and operate a reliable motor vehicle
