The Sales Customer Service Agent is responsible for managing customer inquiries, promoting products, processing orders, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role combines sales and service functions to strengthen customer relationships, increase revenue, and uphold the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Provide detailed information on pharmaceutical products, pricing, and availability.
Process orders accurately.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, orders, and customer feedback using CRM software.
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with policies.
Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
1–2 years’ experience in sales or customer service (pharmaceutical/healthcare experience is an asset).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Self-motivated and goal-driven.
Team player with a positive attitude.
