Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes including Idly, Dosa, Vada, Sambar, Rasam, Pongal, and Kitchidi.
Cook and present a range of Asian dishes with consistency and attention to quality.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Assist in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen inventory management.
Maintain authentic flavors while meeting customer preferences and dietary requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in South Indian cuisine and other Asian dishes.
Strong knowledge of spices, cooking techniques, and traditional recipes.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Passion for delivering high-quality, flavorful dishes.
Flexibility to adapt to menu changes and special requests.
