Key Responsibilities:

▪ Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service in every interaction.

▪ Proactively contact leads to enroll them in client services.

▪ Educate customers on the environmental and economic benefits of renewable energy.

▪ Collect and verify customer information accurately and efficiently.

▪ Maintain positive, professional, and productive communication at all times.

▪ Utilize the appropriate tools to document all customer interactions and next steps.

▪ Adhere to all compliance and validation procedures to ensure accurate enrollments.

▪ Stay informed on all current products, offers, and client campaigns

▪ Meet and exceed assigned performance targets, including enrollments per hour, quality scores, and schedule adherence.

▪ Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.

▪ Maintain a high level of product knowledge and continuously seek improvement.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

▪ Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience (Must)

▪ Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

▪ Experience in the energy sector or telecom sales considered an asset

▪ Demonstrated ability to handle objections and close sales

▪ Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

▪ High emotional intelligence and adaptability in dynamic environments

▪ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

▪ Comfortable working evenings and weekends (Must)

▪ Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with accuracy

▪ Basic computer proficiency and CRM navigation skills

▪ Ability to multitask and follow up on multiple leads and tasks

▪ Experience using internet-based tools and sales databases

▪ Ability to perform basic math functions for rate calculations, Experience using the Internet and searching databases.

▪ Ability to perform basic mathematical functions

 

Education Requirements: 

▪ High school diploma or equivalent required

▪ Post-secondary education is an asset
