Handling customer inquiries in the healthcare sector
Providing professional and empathetic support to clients
Navigating systems and documenting customer information
Following all call center policies, metrics, and standards
A minimum of 3 CXC subjects (MUST include English)
OR 3 City & Guilds subjects (MUST include English)
OR a HEART Level II Certificate
Valid Government-issued ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID)

Resume (printed/hardcopy)
Proof of Qualifications (originals required)
Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
Ability to work onsite at our Montego Bay location
BPO experience is a plus (especially healthcare or voice accounts)
Flexible to work any 5 days of the week, including weekends & public holidays
