Sales Associate - Equipment (Small wares & Large Equipment)

Location: San Juan – On-Site
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: TTD $6,000.00 month base salary with unlimited commission earning potential + KPI Bonus
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00pm.

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to strengthen our Equipment Department.
We are looking for individuals who are driven, results-oriented, and eager to deliver exceptional service while building lasting client relationships.

About the Role
We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our Equipment Department, covering both Smallwares and Large Equipment.
This position combines consultative B2B sales with direct client interaction, ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering exceptional service within a structured, performance-driven environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Engage walk-in, call-in, and corporate clients to identify equipment and smallware needs.
  • Prepare quotations, manage orders, and maintain CRM accuracy throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for seamless client delivery.
  • Conduct product demos, site visits, and promotional initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, pricing, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
 
Qualifications & Experience
  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Technical or product knowledge in equipment sales is an asset (training provided).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Energetic, professional, and self-motivated.
