We are seeking ambitious, target-driven professionals for the role of Sales Agent. In this role, you will be the frontline representative for our clients’ financial institutions, driving revenue, deepening relationships, and delivering compliant, ethical service with excellence.

THE IMPORTANT THINGS YOU’LL DO
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to promote credit cards, loans, savings products, and related financial services
- Convert qualified leads and inquiries into closed accounts or product activations
- Deliver a consultative sales approach by matching customer needs to the right financial solutions
- Confidently handle objections and concerns while maintaining empathy and professionalism
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of all product offerings and client-specific services
- Accurately log interactions, manage follow-ups, and track leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Collaborate with QA and training teams for continued development and performance improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy standards (e.g., KYC, DPA)
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, quality scores, and service KPIs
REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR SUCCESS
- 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in financial services, telecom, or insurance); BPO experience is a plus
- Minimum six (6) CSEC subjects, Mathematics and English included
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

- Working knowledge of financial regulations and responsible selling practices (training provided)
