We are looking for a high-performing and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to upper management. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires significant time on the road, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth across Jamaica.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and provide performance oversight for the sales team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.

  • Travel frequently to different parishes to meet with clients, negotiate contracts, and close major deals.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.

  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust as needed.

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, and pipeline analysis to the management team.

  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in a sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management position.

  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing a sales team is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong business sense and a deep understanding of sales principles and practices.

  • Ability to motivate, lead, and manage a team of sales representatives.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must own a reliable motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.

  • Must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout various parishes on a consistent basis.
