KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. Your primary duties will include:

    • Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional, polite, and courteous manner.
    • Providing technical support by walking customers through troubleshooting steps and offering suggested solutions and resolutions to their questions and problems.
    • Accurately documenting all interactions and updating records in our required systems to ensure that customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
    • Maintaining diplomacy when addressing escalated matters, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and their concerns are addressed in a fair and timely manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

Minimum

  • Age: Must be 18 years or older.
  • Education: Spanish certification (if not a native speaker).
  • Customer Service: Must have a passion for providing quality customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Must have proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Spanish.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Must be tech-savvy, with prior technical exposure or demonstrated interest.
  • Typing Speed: Must have a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
  • Confidentiality: Must have the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Teamwork: Must be able to work effectively in a team-fostered environment.


 

Preferred

  • Previous Technical Support experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to provide effective assistance to customers with technical issues.
  • Previous Call Center experience is also desirable, as it shows that you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
