🧠 QUALIFICATIONS

📚 Education:

• 3 CSEC/CAPE or City & Guilds (REQUIRED)

• HEART NVQJ or Associate Degree (PREFERRED)

🎧 Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in call center or outbound sales

• Strong background in customer service a must

✅ ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18+

• Valid Gov’t-issued photo ID, TRN & NIS

• Police record & background check (upon acceptance)
