The successful candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth, securing new clients, and representing premium office interior solutions in Trinidad & Tobago.

SALES AGENT (Contract)

Remuneration: Monthly Base $10,000 + commission

Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills: 

• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in commercial interiors or office solutions
• Strong local network or ability to quickly establish business relationships in Trinidad & Tobago
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
• Basic ability to read and interpret floor plans
• High ethical and professional standards
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow market presence in Trinidad & Tobago
• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities
• Collect project details and client requirements for the design team
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and present proposals
• Oversee project handovers to ensure smooth execution
• Build and maintain a clear, updated sales pipeline
• Promote products and services through networking and events
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer interaction logs
• Continuously update knowledge of company offerings to provide value-driven proposals
• Meet agreed-upon sales targets
