Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about maintaining financial accuracy? We are seeking a dedicated Revenue Clerk to join our team and support the efficient processing and recording of revenue-related transactions

The Revenue Clerk is responsible for auditing and controlling all hotel revenues and ensuring compliance with the company's revenue policies and procedures.

 

Duties

  • Daily settlement review
  • Nightly closing review
  • TPV circuit review (stores and spa)
  • Commissions review
  • control of funds
  • Daily reporting
  • Bank reconciliation of daily cash move
Experience and Qualification
  • High school diploma
  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping certifications
  • 1–2 years in a clerical or accounting role, preferably in hospitality
  • Experience in Front office or Night Auditing
  • Experience with hotel management software (e.g.SAP,)
  • Familiarity with daily revenue audits, reconciliation, and reporting
Key Skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Knowledge of hotel revenue streams (room sales, F&B, events)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities
