Job Title: Retail Sales Agent

 

 

 

 

Primary Objectives of the job:

  • Deliver information on Digicel’s Offerings to Customers

 

  • Sell Handsets, Sims and other mobile related devices to customers

 

  • Provide After Sales Service to customers and resolve any issues that they may have

 

 

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

             

  1. Sell Handsets, Sims and Mobile Related Products to customers
    • Provide information to customers on Digicel’s Products and Pricing
    • Advise customers of costs and features of handsets and Sims
    • Provide customers with info on Warranty and after sales support available
    • Facilitate sale of products extending any promotional offers Digicel has in place e.g. Points
    • Record all Sales of Handsets and Sims through Digicel’s POS Systems
    • Complete and successfully pass all online and classroom training modules
    • Accurately account for all monies and/or stock handled in the business day
  2. Resolve customer queries
    • Respond to queries on handset features, products and services
    • Resolve any other queries by contacting Digicel’s Call Centre on customer’s behalf

 

3.    Provide After Sales Support to Customers

 

    • Handle Warranty and Non Warranty Handset Issues following guidelines setout by Digicel.

 

  1.  Ensure Digicel’s Service Levels are met in Dealer Stores
    • Ensure store in clean and comfortable for customers at all times
    • Ensure all pricing displayed reflects current prices in the market
    • Ensure that Merchandising material reflects current product offerings
    • Ensure full knowledge of all current pricing ,products, promotional offers
    •  
  2. Escalate problems to Dealer Store Manager, Principal of Digicel’s Dealer Account Executive

 

             

 

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

  • Minimum 4 CXC’s or GCE O’levels passes in English Language and Mathematics (or a quantitative subject)
  • Computer Literacy
  • Prior experience in Sales/Customer Service Environment a plus but not mandatory
