Skylark Negril Beach Resort is an expanding boutique hotel located on Negril's famous 7 mile white sand beach. We are looking for a competent person to be employed as Restaurant Supervisor to form part of the leadership team at the world famous Miss Lilly's Restaurant. 

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management 
• Minimum 2 years work experience in the advertised capacity 
• Ability to identify & delegate responsibilities to F&B team to ensure objectives are met & excellent customer service is consistently achieved. 
• Assist the manager of the restaurants to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety & cleanliness.
• Computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel 
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.

The successful applicants will need: 

• Standard employment requirements such as: National Insurance (NIS), Tax Registration Number (TRN), Scotia Bank Account, Birth Certificate, Police Record, Food Handler's Permit, Other relevant certificates 
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills 
• Impressive work ethics 
• Availability and flexibility to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
