We are currently looking for anExecutive Housekeeperto lead the Housekeeping department and ensure operational excellence across the property.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Housekeeping department.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns related to housekeeping services.
  • Train, supervise, and develop the Assistant Housekeeper and departmental staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Monitor operational performance indicators and departmental efficiency.
  • Manage linen inventory, cleaning supplies, and departmental budgets.
  • Ensure proper handling of chemicals, equipment, and housekeeping supplies.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and attendance monitoring.
  • Conduct inspections of rooms, public areas, storage areas, and cleaning procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental practices and recycling procedures.
  • Maintain effective communication within the team and across departments.

Requirements for a strong fit

  • Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a 600-room hotel, or 5 years as a Floor Supervisor or Assistant Housekeeper.
  • Experience leading and supervising large housekeeping teams.
  • Knowledge of chemical handling, inventory control, and preventive maintenance.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems (Prestige preferred) and operational tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, operational planning, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of cleanliness standards in luxury or 5-star hotels is highly desirable.
