Restaurant Hostess – Trelawny & St. Ann

We are currently hiring friendly and outgoing Restaurant Hostesses to join our vibrant team. No experience? No problem! If you have a fabulous personality, a positive attitude, and an amazing smile, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant
• Assist with serving beverages and light table duties as needed
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
• Collect feedback from guests to improve future tours.
• Stay updated with new information and developments related to tour topics.
• Promote additional services and tours offered by the company.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to engage and entertain diverse groups of people.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
