📍 Location: Montego Bay, Jamaica

🖥️ What You’ll Do:

• Provide live chat support for reservations and customer inquiries
• Handle customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Track, place & close orders using internal systems
• Meet performance targets in quality, speed & service

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Strong written English skills & grammar
• Great computer & typing skills (32+ WPM)
• Excellent communication & customer service attitude
• Ability to work any 5 days in a 7-day week (including weekends or overnight)
• 2 years experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce
• Prior chat or airline reservation experience is a plus
• CSEC/CAPE, City & Guilds or higher; HEART/NVQJ/Associate Degree preferred
