Replenishment Manager 

Reporting to the Senior Logistics Manager, the Replenishment Manager will use historical demand data to ensure accurate and timely restocking of all CBL Distribution Centers, maintain balanced days of stock across the board in line with the company’s inventory policy, and avoid out-of-stock and expiry.

Major Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inventory replenishment activities across Distribution Centers by monitoring stock levels, in-transit inventory, blocked stock, and days of stock to maintain optimal product availability and balance.
• Administer purchase order processes in SAP, including creation, configuration, release, and communication of palletized SKU requirements to the Parent Company, warehouse personnel, and DC leadership teams.
• Prepare and deliver accurate inventory and order status reporting, ensuring timely escalation of stock issues, resolution of unposted customer orders, and support for daily operational decision-making.
• Develop weekly replenishment plans and rolling forecasts using historical sales data, SDG inputs, and current demand trends to align supply with business requirements and minimize stock risks.
• Conduct regular supply review analysis to evaluate service levels, OTIFNE performance, production gaps, expiry risks, and operational challenges, while driving collaboration with logistics and Parent Company stakeholders.
• Support monthly and year-end inventory performance objectives by leading supply review reporting, monitoring DOS targets, managing slow-moving and close-dated SKUs, and consolidating inventory valuation across all Distribution Centers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, WMS, and logistics best practices.
• Proven experience managing large teams and multi-shift operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
