Calls Experts is a global contact center solutions provider with 15+ years of experience in the North American market. We are seeking a Sales Manager B2B (Opener) to schedule demo appointments remotely.

*The job is open to all bilingual English–Spanish speaking agents, regardless of location.*

Calls Experts is a global contact center solutions provider with 15+ years of experience in the North American market. We are seeking a Sales Manager B2B (Opener) to schedule demo appointments remotely.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
• Set up demo appointments with prospective customers
• Resolve client queries professionally
• Maintain accurate customer spreadsheets and online records

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Computer: AMD/Intel i5 8th generation or higher, min 8 GB RAM, Windows 10/11, CPU score ≥ 4000
• Ability to work 9-hour shifts, 5 days/week, EST (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST)
• Excellent command of English and Spanish
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills, comfortable with small talk
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
• Willingness to learn and grow

Compensation:

• Fixed pay: $1,000 USD per month
• Bonus: Up to $1,000 USD per month
