Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
A company specializing in automotive window film, signage, and printing solutions is seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support the smooth and efficient operations of its office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person and by phone in a professional manner.
Organize and coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency.
Manage office supplies, equipment servicing, and monthly bill payments.
Maintain filing systems, financial records, invoices, receipts, and lodgements.
Prepare proposals, follow up on prospective clients, and respond to customer enquiries.
Assist with scheduling meetings, technician workloads, and travel arrangements.
Handle petty cash, reconcile monthly statements, and maintain client accounts using Peachtree Accounting.
Monitor attendance registers and ensure confidentiality of trade and company information.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Peachtree Accounting.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
