A vibrant and energetic individual responsible for the registration and marketing of various products (pharmaceuticals, veterinary, cosmetics, etc.)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Product Registration

  • Investigate new business opportunities and recommend products for registration.

  • Manage documentation and samples required for successful registration.

  • Liaise with Principals and the Ministry of Health (MOH) to expedite the process. 

  • Maintain accurate electronic and hard copy filing systems.

2. NHF Project Management

  • JADEP Programme: Handle weekly purchase orders, ensure accurate invoicing, and dispatch goods to pharmacies. Submit payment slips to the NHF twice weekly.

  • Glucometer Programme: Coordinate with customers and pharmacies to distribute glucometers and strips. Prepare monthly distribution reports for the NHF. 

3. Inventory Management

  • Perform weekly spot checks to reconcile physical and system inventory. 

  • Prepare six-month expiration reports and remove damaged or expired stock. 

  • Participate in quarterly stock counts and assist with warehouse shelving and receiving. 

  • Monitor and log refrigerator temperatures daily. 

4. Tenders & Relationships

  • Communicate with Principals to secure pricing and submit bids for qualifying products.

  • Attend signing ceremonies and execute contracts on behalf of the company.

  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders at the MOH, NHF, and JADEP.

  • Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: University degree in Pharmacology and status as a Registered Pharmacist. 

  • Skills: Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Logistics: Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid driver's license. Willingness to travel island-wide, overseas, and work weekends as needed.
