The incumbent is responsible for the preparation and submission of documents that support the registration of products and licenses, inventory control, handling, preparation and documentation of incoming and outgoing stock deliveries of controlled items.

Some Main Responsibilities include:
- Maintain records and pharmacy files that support the Pharmacist’s accountabilities.
- Collate, compile and assist in the preparation of documents for submission to Health Authorities for registration and permit application.
- Prepare documents to apply for all necessary drug approvals and marketing permits from the Ministry of Health as well as international regulatory offices, and track, obtain and renew any required permits and licenses.
- Apply for drawdown permits to import toxic chemicals found in HES products. This includes evaluation of Material Safety Data Sheets and follow up with Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals Division.
- Manage all post approval activities eg. Pharmacovigilance, notifications etc.
- Liaise with suppliers where there are breaches in Cold Chain Shipments to assist with shipment assessment & release.
- Participate in weekly stock count, dispatch and reconciliation of Antibiotics, Controlled Drugs & Narcotics.
- Coordinating with the MOH for the examination and subsequent release of shipments eg. Condoms, unregistered products, controlled drugs.
- Work together with warehouse to process expired OTS and OTT goods in a timely manner.
- Refer all pharmaceutical queries by customers to pharmacist for action.
- Prepare and issue Ministry of Health reports
- Prepare and issue Monthly Short Expiry Reports
- Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company
Qualification, Experience and Requirement:
- Advanced Level/Cape passes or Diploma or equivalent
- Administrative Skills Or relevant combination of training and experience
- A valid Police Certificate of Good Character
