To drive sales through the implementation of effective, innovative marketing initiatives. The role focuses on delivering impactful campaigns, strengthening brand positioning, and optimizing customer touchpoints toto support growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Develop and manage the execution of the Regional Promotional Calendar in all markets to ensure campaigns support the brands’ positioning strategies and are engaging and effective in the delivery of key objectives
•Develop proposals for supplier funded campaigns for the region to ensure timely execution of these campaigns in all relevant markets
•Drives best practices in marketing communication in all key customers’ touchpoints, i.e., in-store, traditional, online and social media, in all markets
•Develop and manage the execution of initiatives to drive growth across the region through brand awareness, new customer acquisition, increase in credit uptake and selection of value-added products and services
•Ensure advertising and promotional spend effectiveness in all markets
•Manage and maintain the website for all markets
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management/Administration and/or related discipline
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
•A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in marketing management
•Proven experience in leading marketing strategies with a strong track record of effective execution and delivery.
•Proven experience in the planning, organization and development of marketing initiatives to support effective execution.
•Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills
