The Regional Financial Planning & Analysis Manager plays a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the designated region.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead the development and execution of annual \planning, forecasts, and strategic plans for the region.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights on business performance, highlighting key trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with business leaders to assess financial implications of strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support the region with business planning, investment analysis, and decision support activities.
  • Provide guidance to market FP&A resources, as required, assessing development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the regional FP&A team.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process for the region, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to establish budget targets, review assumptions, and monitor budget versus actual performance.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions to achieve financial targets.

Finace Support to the region 

  • Supporting the Caribbean MD for meeting presentations (board meetings, REMs and any other meeting that may require support 
  • Available to travel to countries as Finance support for extended periods as required 
  • Assist with training country resources as required 
  • Close collaboration with Corporate & country finance teams  

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Minimum of [3] years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modeling techniques.
  • Proficiency in financial planning & analysis tools and systems (e.g., ERP systems, Hyperion, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results and delivering value-added insights.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
