Regional Business Analyst

To define and translate Unicomer’s business needs into system requirements, analyse and improve processes and systems, and enhance the delivery of new and existing products across the organisation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements.
•Support process definition and change management by guiding business/process owners to ensure that business processes are streamlined and/or reengineered.
•Employ best practices and principles, using appropriate frameworks to provide adequate documentation.
•Cultivate trust through personal and team relationships with a range of product owners & customers throughout the organization to foster prompt innovation.
•Conduct training for business leads on new processes and feature changes to ensure they have requisite knowledge and understanding to inform organization staff.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree qualification in related ICT field or equivalent experience

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
•5+ years of progressive experience in IT Product Management.
•Demonstrated proficiency/advanced skills using Excel & PowerPoint.
•Experience of incident and change management processes.
•Experience with supporting multi-tier infrastructures.
•Experience with recording and solving application support issues from customers, prioritising requests, implementing and communicating timely solutions.
