Responsibilities:

· Provide organizational information, opportunities, and benefits to potential candidates and external partners.

· Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and completing back check processes

· Consistently meets gross margin and number of hires targets

· Works well in a fast-paced working environment.

· Source candidates for new assignment employees to ensure employee supply meets customer demand

· Actively seeks new and effective techniques to source, recruit, and maintain qualified employees

· Conducts phone screens, face to face interviews, virtual interviews, reference checks and skill testing with viable candidates

· Performs and abides by all standard procedures for recruiting, screening and placement of assignment employees

· Attract applicants by creating appealing position descriptions and cascade out to external recruitment partners, job sites and networks

· Build applicant pipeline by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites

· Liaison with Contact Point 360's leadership team to discuss current and future hiring needs

· Maintain continual contact with assignment employees to ensure availability to our clients.

· Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with the HR Manager, recommending new procedures, conducting on-board training

· Willingly and thoroughly provides assistance to other new recruiters added to the team

· Provide hiring updates on hiring needs to Talent Acquisition Manager, Human Resource Manager, Operations Manager, and Client

· Complete tasks related to submittals, interviews, request for additional information and required for all candidates sourced by the recruiter or by other recruiters

Conduct new hire onboarding / induction sessions

· Is reliable, responsive, responsible and punctual in completing tasks assigned

· Actively participate in activities that enhance the company brand and image in Jamaica and Globally

· Ensures written and verbal information is shared in a clear, and concise manner with customers, temporary workers, co-workers and leaders

· Demonstrate active listening skills

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Business Administration, Information Technology or related field

· Post-secondary experience in Human Resource Management, Employee Relations or Communications is considered an asset

· 1 year experience in the recruitment and staffing industry

· Knowledge of HRIS systems

· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize to meet deadlines under pressure

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal · Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

· Ability to learn and work with new programs Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.

· Customer Service attitude with the ability to work unsupervised.

· Provides exceptional customer service to each new applicant with their employment process, answers questions and qualifies potential assignment employees for eligibility to work

Experience in BPO, call center, or high-volume service industries preferred
