We are seeking a Documentation & Funding Specialist to join our Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate preparation, review, and execution of legal documentation related to equipment finance transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, cautious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are equally important.

📊 Key Responsibilities

Documentation Duties:

• Review credit approvals and transaction details to create accurate legal documentation packages.
• Generate, proofread, and distribute documentation to customers for signature.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to coordinate document completion and resolve issues.

Funding Duties:

• Review executed documents and related items (e.g., invoices, insurance ACORDs, titling documents.) for accuracy, completeness, and legal enforceability.
•  Ensure contracts meet internal compliance requirements and protect the company’s perfected security interest in the collateral.

✅ Qualifications:

• Five (5) or more CXCs, including English Language and Accounts
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Minimum typing requirement of 20 WPM
