About the Role

We are seeking dynamic, people driven Recruiters across multiple locations. The Candidate will be required to lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities across St. Kitts and Guyana. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and has a passion for connecting top talent with great opportunities. You will support local and regional hiring initiatives for both frontline and mid-level positions across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
• Develop job ads tailored to the St. Kitts labour market or the Guyanese labour market
• Build candidate pipelines using creative sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, referrals, in-person outreach)
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and clients
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and tracking systems
• Represent the company at job fairs and community outreach events
• Support employer branding initiatives across social media and community networks

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR experience in the region
• Diploma or Bachelor's in HRM, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with regional job boards and sourcing platforms
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote or hybrid setting

• Strong network within St. Kitts and Nevis labour market
• Working knowledge of Labour Code of St. Kitts and Nevis
