🖥️ What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
• Route calls to the appropriate staff or department
• Look up accounts by name, address, phone, BBA#, client#, etc.
• When needed, take accurate messages and relay those messages
• Provide basic information and handle routine inquiries
• Maintain a professional phone demeanor at all times

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Basic computer and phone system skills
• Excellent communication & customer service attitude
• 2 years experience in customer service
• Must be reliable and posses good organizational skills
• Must be able to multi-task
• Knowledge of operating a telephone switchboard
• CSEC/CAPE, City & Guilds or higher; HEART/NVQJ/Associate Degree preferred
