Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

A company specializing in automotive window film, signage, and printing solutions is seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support the smooth and efficient operations of its office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in person and by phone in a professional manner.

  • Organize and coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment servicing, and monthly bill payments.

  • Maintain filing systems, financial records, invoices, receipts, and lodgements.

  • Prepare proposals, follow up on prospective clients, and respond to customer enquiries.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, technician workloads, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle petty cash, reconcile monthly statements, and maintain client accounts using Peachtree Accounting.

  • Monitor attendance registers and ensure confidentiality of trade and company information.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Peachtree Accounting.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening).

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
