Duties:

• Arrange viewing appointments
• Show clients properties
• Search for listings and/or clients
• Market listings through social media/ word of mouth etc.
• Work directly with homeowners 
• Do necessary paperwork for sales/rentals
• Negotiate sales/rentals for closings
• Coordinate closings by overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds
• Liaise with attorneys for title searches 
• Advise owners on market conditions
• Accompany buyers for viewings/ give effective recommendations
