RECEPTIONIST

JOB OBJECTIVE

To deliver an excellent and prompt customer service by demonstrating the required knowledge and skills through professional communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent is required to:

1. Answer the telephone, route telephone calls, and make telephone calls for Management;
2. Speak fluently and with a pleasant voice which reflects the company's objective of pleasing our customers;
3. Receive and deliver all messages to the relevant party promptly and efficiently.
4. Collect and stamp mail and other documents and packages and deliver or direct to relevant persons;
5. Keep workstation clean and tidy;
6. Keep an up to date check register and issue cheques to relevant persons;
7. Set up interviews over the telephone and ensure applicants have all required information correct;
8. Give directions to applicants and other persons coming to the Head Office;
9. Furnish applicants with applications as they come in to be interviewed;
10. Develop and maintain employee databases as required by the Human Resource department;
11. Perform other related duties as required by the job function.
