Property Manager

We're hiring a Property Manager for a client in Montego Bay, St. James.

Our client is a leading property management firm in Western Jamaica, having over 200 units within its portfolio. We are expanding our team and seeking a determined and committed Property Manager to join the team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Montego Bay. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of a residential strata property which will include managing owner relations, conducting daily property inspections, and coordinating repairs and maintenance operations.
Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ verifiable experience in property/facilities management, real estate and property maintenance - particularly with strata corporations
• Experience in stakeholder relations
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, especially concerning strata corporations
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Trainable attitude
